After 30 years’ of service, as an ‘Area General Manager ‘of one of the world’s largest Jewellery retailing empires, the company went through a merger Simon decide to take a step in a new direction.  Deciding he was too young to retire Simon trained as a management consultant with the Institute for Independent Business and through this came across the Thomas International Psychometric Assessments. With a keen interest in this Simon went onto work for Thomas International and was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Director.
